TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
1. All orders are to UK addresses only.
2. All prices quoted by Ryder Security Systems Ltd are in £ Sterling and exclude VAT at 17.5% and delivery.
3. We try to ensure that the information shown on the Ryder Security Systems Ltd Gates Kits Direct website is as accurate as possible.
4. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
5. If the goods are faulty you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. You will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the goods plus all postage costs. Alternatively contact us and we will arrange to replace or exchange the item.
6. If you decide to cancel the order you may do so within 7 days of receipt of goods where the cancellation period is deemed to begin the day after the goods have been received by you. If you have received the goods, they may be returned within 30 days of receiving them . If you are unable to return the goods, we will arrange for them to be returned and the cost of the postage will be deducted from the refund made. If the item is returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with our costs of processing the sale. Your refund will then be provided within 30 days of cancellation.
7. All goods will remain the property of Ryder Security Systems Ltd until paid for in full.
8. The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Complaints
We aim to provide high quality customer service but we are only human (!) and we do make mistakes (we promise though, that if we do, we will do our best to put them right).
We take complaints very seriously and will aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges and insurance are covered by Gate Kits Direct.
Delivery Times
Delivery Times are within 7-10 working days except for the "Highlands and Islands" in Scotland, and Northern Ireland where delivery will be within 10-14 working days.
If you have specific delivery requirements, then please contact us and we will do our best to help.
All items are delivered by parcel force. All goods must be signed for on delivery. If no one is available to take delivery, then the carrier will leave a card giving instructions on either redelivery or collection from their local depot.

We recommend that if you are experiencing problems with your purchase, that you check out the instruction manual. Experience tells us that in many cases what seems like a fault can often be solved quickly and easily by checking there.
